Cross-site scripting via unescaped SSI attribute content

Cross-site scripting in bundled libxml2 in MolotovCherry Android-ImageMagick7 before 7.1.2-11 allows remote attackers to inject script. htmlAttrDumpOutput() writes server-side include spans in URL-valued attributes without URI escaping, allowing crafted markup to survive HTML serialization. An application must serialize attacker-controlled HTML and a user must view the generated document; the script then runs within that document's browser origin.
