Denial of service via expired file descriptor
Published Jul 14, 2026 · Updated Jul 14, 2026
Use of an expired file descriptor in NVIDIA Triton Inference Server 26.04 and earlier allows remote attackers to interrupt service. The undisclosed server path operates on a file descriptor after its lifetime has ended; NVIDIA has not identified the endpoint, function, or request pattern. Network access without authentication or user interaction is sufficient, and the documented consequence is limited to service interruption.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
