Cross-workspace comment access via unscoped issue IDs

Authorization bypass in PraisonAI Platform before 0.1.4 allows remote authenticated users to read and add cross-workspace comments. The comment routes check membership only for the workspace ID in the path, then query or insert by an unscoped, user-supplied issue ID without confirming workspace ownership. Any workspace member with a target issue UUID can retrieve its complete comment thread or inject comments into that foreign issue.
