CVE-2026-47410Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Unauthenticated account takeover via hardcoded JWT key

Published Jul 21, 2026 · Updated Jul 21, 2026

Authentication bypass in PraisonAI Platform before 0.1.4 allows remote attackers to impersonate any existing user with a forged JWT. The auth_service.py verifier accepts HS256 tokens signed with the public default key when PLATFORM_JWT_SECRET is unset and PLATFORM_ENV retains its default. A network-reachable API using both defaults is exposed without prior authentication or user interaction, granting the forged identity access to every route available to the impersonated account.
