Owner lockout via unchecked member deletion
Published Jul 21, 2026 · Updated Jul 21, 2026
Authorization bypass in PraisonAI Platform before 0.1.4 allows remote authenticated users to remove any workspace member. The DELETE /workspaces/{workspace_id}/members/{user_id} route requires only membership and passes the target ID to MemberService.remove without caller-role, target-role, or last-owner checks. Any workspace member with a token can delete the owner's membership row, locking that owner out until database-level intervention.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
