Stored XSS via unchecked form redirect scheme
Published Jun 23, 2026 · Updated Jun 23, 2026
Stored XSS in NocoDB before 2026.05.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a viewer's session through a form redirect. The shared form-view submit handler assigns redirect_url to window.location.href after checking the host but not the scheme, so a javascript: value executes in the NocoDB origin. An editor can plant the value, but an authenticated viewer must submit the shared form; the script can read the viewer's locally stored session token and act within that viewer's permissions.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
