Stored XSS via unsanitized row comments
Published Jun 23, 2026 · Updated Jun 23, 2026
Stored XSS in NocoDB row comments before 2026.05.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's session. Comment write paths store raw HTML, and the expanded-form sidebar passes the resulting tooltip attribute to Tippy with HTML rendering enabled. Comment permission is required, and a victim must hover over the comment; execution can read the victim's authentication token and act through that session.
