Restricted file metadata disclosure via missing permission checks
Published Jun 9, 2026 · Updated Jun 9, 2026
Broken access control in the TYPO3 CMS Backend API allows remote authenticated users to read restricted file metadata. ImageProcessController and LinkController accept requested resource identifiers and return processed-file or link metadata without enforcing the resource read permission. Backend access is required; affected releases are before 10.4.57, 11.0.0 through 11.5.50, 12.0.0 through 12.4.45, 13.0.0 through 13.4.30, and 14.0.0 through 14.3.2.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
