Private DH exponent disclosure via missing subgroup check

Information disclosure in IX-Ray Team's IX-Ray Engine 1.6 before 1.3 allows remote attackers to recover a reused private DH exponent. The bundled OpenSSL dh_check.c omits the subgroup check for non-safe-prime parameters, accepting crafted peer values that expose the exponent across repeated handshakes. Exploitation requires non-safe-prime DH parameters and multiple handshakes that reuse the same private exponent; no data modification or service interruption is reported.
