Process crash via unbounded TypedArray iteration

Excessive memory allocation in Samsung Open Source Escargot allows local users to crash an embedding application via crafted JavaScript. IteratorObject::iterableToList appends values from an attacker-controlled iterator without enforcing ArrayBuffer::maxArrayBufferSize before TypedArray construction. Reaching the flaw requires user interaction with crafted JavaScript; a very large sparse-array iterator exhausts process memory.
