Runtime crash via ignored parser errors

NULL pointer dereference in Samsung Walrus f339b8ee4ea701772e8ae640b3d1b12ac02b1ae9 allows local users to crash the runtime. BinaryReaderDelegateWalrus callbacks returned success after recording parser resource-limit errors, allowing parsing to continue with incomplete state. Exploitation requires the Linux command-line runtime to open a crafted WebAssembly module, and the reported consequence is a process crash without confidentiality or integrity impact.
