Runtime crash via continued parsing after error

NULL pointer dereference in Samsung Open Source Walrus allows attackers to crash the runtime with deeply nested WebAssembly instructions. BinaryReaderDelegateWalrus callbacks returned success after the external parser delegate recorded a resource-limit error, so parsing continued with incomplete state until a null object was dereferenced. Exploitation requires a local user to cause Walrus to process a crafted module; the reported consequence is a runtime crash without confidentiality or integrity impact.
