Authenticated blind SSRF via DDNS webhook configuration

SSRF in Nezha Monitoring 0.20.0 through 2.0.9 allows remote authenticated users to send blind requests from the dashboard host. The DDNS webhook provider passes attacker-controlled methods, URLs, headers, and bodies to utils.HttpClient without restricting schemes, destinations, IP ranges, or redirects. Reachability requires a low-privileged dashboard account, an owned server and DDNS profile, and a DDNS trigger; responses are not returned, but internal state-changing requests are possible.
