Internal service access via webhook redirects

SSRF in Gogs before 0.14.3 allows remote authenticated users to reach local-network services through webhook redirects. A repository webhook's delivery client validates the configured target against localCIDRs but follows HTTP redirects without revalidating the new destination. An account able to configure and trigger a webhook can redirect its signed request to internal or link-local endpoints and read returned data, including cloud instance metadata.
