Process crash via overflowing VVC length check

Out-of-bounds read in Struktur AG libheif before 1.22.0 allows attackers to crash applications by supplying a crafted VVC-track HEIF file. In vvdec_push_data2, unsigned addition wraps when validating a near-UINT32_MAX NAL-unit length, so vector insertion reads beyond the frame buffer. Exploitation requires VVC support and application processing of the file; the read usually crashes the process and can disclose adjacent heap data.
