CVE-2026-47250Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Bearer token exfiltration via unrestricted kubectl flags

Published Jun 11, 2026 · Updated Jun 11, 2026

Argument injection in kubectl_generic in MCP Server Kubernetes before 3.7.0 allows context-dependent attackers to steal Kubernetes bearer tokens. The tool appends untrusted flags and arguments directly to kubectl's argument array, so server and TLS-verification flags redirect authenticated API requests. Exploitation requires limited cluster or codebase access and a privileged operator's agent to follow injected log content; the stolen token grants the service account's RBAC permissions.
