CVE-2026-47214Network attack vector

File disclosure and resource exhaustion via unsafe paths

Published Jun 26, 2026 · Updated Jun 26, 2026

Path traversal and resource exhaustion in Docling before 2.94.0 allow remote attackers to read files or interrupt service via crafted HTML. The HTML backend accepts file URIs, traversal and absolute paths, unvalidated internal or redirected URLs, and unbounded remote images and data URIs. Exploitation requires a user to process untrusted HTML with local or remote fetching enabled; both options are disabled by default.
