Service exhaustion via catchable timeout signal

Improper process termination in BoxLite 0.8.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to bypass execution timeouts. The start_timeout_watcher function passes catchable SIGALRM through the execution state to the guest process instead of enforcing termination with SIGKILL. Malicious sandbox code must ignore or handle SIGALRM; it then continues past the configured limit and can exhaust virtual-machine resources, interrupting the BoxLite service.
