Response desynchronization via unsanitized Lua replies

RESP injection in DragonflyDB Dragonfly before 1.38.9 allows remote authenticated users to desynchronize pooled replies via Lua EVAL. EvalSerializer's OnError and OnStatus pass Lua-controlled strings containing CR or LF directly to SendError and SendSimpleString, so embedded delimiters split one reply into multiple RESP frames. A valid account with EVAL permission is required, and the bounded consequence is response confusion for later users of the same pooled connection.
