Build-input manipulation via post-checkout signature validation

Improper signature verification in Siemens kas 4.8 through 5.2 allows remote authenticated users to alter trusted build inputs. Repository setup checked out content and updated the configuration dictionary before SignatureValidator verified the fetched state, so an included configuration could substitute its validation key. Exploitation requires control of a referenced repository, a tag without a commit ID, a repository-stored key without a pinned fingerprint, and no caller-supplied _source_dir.
