Repository substitution via SHA-like branch checkout

Improper Git reference validation in Siemens kas before 5.3 allows attackers to substitute a branch for a pinned commit during checkout. The checkout_cmd method in kas/repos.py sent a 40- or 64-hex-character desired_ref directly to git checkout, which resolves an identically named branch instead of requiring a commit object. Exploitation requires control of a referenced repository and a victim build that treats only a SHA-1 or SHA-256 commit ID as its integrity anchor, allowing attacker-controlled source to enter the checkout.
