Delayed mass notifications via unsuppressed reminder mentions

Output escaping failure in Quest Bot before 1.0.3 allows remote authenticated users to trigger delayed mass notifications through reminders. The reminder scheduler stores user-controlled message text and later posts it to a guild channel without sanitizing it or disabling @everyone and @here mentions. Any guild member with access to the reminder command can exploit it when the bot has permission to mention everyone, disrupting the channel with bot-originated pings.
