Unauthenticated account takeover via unverified SSO email linking

Authentication bypass in Vaultwarden before 1.36.0 allows remote attackers to take over existing accounts through the SSO login flow. The sso_login handler falls back from issuer-and-subject lookup to an IdP-supplied email and persists a new SSO binding without checking email_verified on the existing-user branch. Exploitation requires SSO, default SSO_SIGNUPS_MATCH_EMAIL=true, an IdP identity asserting the victim's email, no prior binding, and no Vaultwarden 2FA; success grants a victim session and persistent repeat access.
