Artifact authenticity failure in vLLM before 0.22.0 allows attackers to load unpinned code, weights, or processors into pinned deployments. Several model loaders pass revision=None to sibling weights or omit code_revision when resolving dynamic modules, so nested artifacts use the default repository revision. Exploitation requires control of a referenced repository's mutable default revision; the advisory reports integrity and limited confidentiality impact, not direct API compromise.
