Limited RAM disclosure via unchecked OTA fields

Out-of-bounds reads in Silicon Labs Zigbee EmberZNet 9.0.2 and earlier allow remote attackers to read limited RAM via malformed OTA requests. The OTA server raw parser fails to validate individual field bounds before parsing, so crafted lengths drive reads beyond request data and return a constrained memory fragment. Reachability requires a device already joined to the Zigbee network and target firmware supporting the OTA Server cluster; the disclosed consequence is limited RAM disclosure.
