Pre-authentication service hang via client-version regex backtracking

Denial of service in Parse Server 8.6.76 and earlier and 9.0.0 through 9.9.1-alpha.0 allows remote attackers to exhaust worker CPU. Request middleware passes the client-version header or body field to the ClientSDK parser, whose version regex performs polynomial backtracking. A public Application ID reaches this parser before authentication and rate limiting; one large request can pin a worker for minutes in default deployments.
