CVE-2026-47133

Policy rollback via replayed signed snapshots

Published Jul 20, 2026 · Updated Jul 20, 2026

Policy replay in ClearanceKit before 5.0.10 allows local users with root privileges to restore less-restrictive signed policy snapshots. The SQLite store signs canonical table rows without an epoch or freshness value, so opfilter validates a previously captured data_signatures snapshot as current. Exploitation requires write access to store.db while enforcement is offline, and it can roll back rules or re-enable disabled protection flags without an alert.
