Cross-tenant telemetry disclosure via unfiltered WebSocket stream

Authorization bypass in Nezha Monitoring 1.4.0 through 2.0.8 allows remote authenticated users to read cross-tenant server telemetry. The serverStream handler reduces authorization to a member-versus-guest boolean and passes it to getServerStat, which returns the full server list without HasPermission ownership checks. Any non-admin member can continuously read other users’ host details and operational state through the default dashboard WebSocket endpoint.
