Incorrect authorization in BerriAI LiteLLM before 1.83.14 allows remote authenticated users to gain proxy_admin privileges via API key creation. Key-management endpoints store caller-controlled allowed_routes values even though that field overrides the normal role-based route gate. An internal_user account is required; a generated key containing admin-only routes grants access to proxy administration functions.
