XML injection via unsplit CDATA terminators

XML injection in Joshua Nussbaum xml_builder 0.0.7 through 2.4.0 allows attackers to inject markup through crafted CDATA content. The XmlBuilder.escape/1 clause for {:cdata, data} writes data verbatim between CDATA delimiters and fails to split embedded ]]> sequences. Attackers must control bytes passed in a :cdata tuple; early termination makes following bytes ordinary XML elements, text, or entity references for a downstream parser.
