CVE-2026-47061

Adjacent unauthenticated reading of JDBC-accessible data

Published Jul 21, 2026 · Updated Jul 21, 2026

Improper access control in Oracle Database JDBC allows remote attackers to read critical or all JDBC-accessible data through HTTP. Oracle identifies JDBC as the affected component but has not disclosed the faulty function, request field, or access-control operation. Exploitation affects 19.3 through 19.31, 21.3 through 21.22, and 23.4.0 through 23.26.2, requires adjacent-network access and another person's interaction, and does not allow data modification or service interruption.
