Uncontrolled resource consumption in Oracle Database 23.4.0 through 23.26.2 allows remote attackers to disrupt or modify RDBMS data via Oracle Net. Oracle identifies the RDBMS component but has not disclosed the code-level locus or the operation that mishandles network input. No credentials or user interaction are required; successful requests can update, insert, or delete some accessible data and hang or repeatedly crash the database.
