Denial of service in Oracle Siebel CRM Cloud Applications 22.3 through 26.5 allows remote attackers to hang or crash the service via HTTPS. Oracle has not published the request, endpoint, or processing error in Siebel Cloud Manager that triggers the failure. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful attacks affect availability only by causing a hang or repeatable crash.
