Unauthenticated data access, modification, and partial service interruption
Published Jul 21, 2026 · Updated Jul 21, 2026
Improper access control in Oracle Enterprise Manager Base Platform 13.5 and 24.1 allows remote attackers to read or alter data via HTTP. Oracle identifies Enterprise Config Management as the affected component but has not disclosed the request handler or incorrect operation performed on attacker-controlled input. No authentication or user interaction is required; exploitation exposes a subset of data to reading or modification and can partially interrupt the service.
