Improper access control in Oracle Retail Integration Bus 16.0.3 allows remote attackers to take over the service via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as the RIB Kernal and has not disclosed the access-control operation that mishandles an HTTP request. No credentials or user interaction are required; successful exploitation gives complete control over RIB data and service operation.
