Improper privilege management in Oracle HR Intelligence 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to take over application via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as Internal Operations and has not published the improper privilege operation or HTTP input that triggers it. Reaching the flaw requires high application privileges; successful exploitation grants complete control over HR Intelligence, including its data and service.
