Access control failure in Oracle Universal Work Queue 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to take over the application via HTTP. Oracle identifies Work Provider Site Level Administration as the affected component but has not disclosed the failing request, handler, or authorization operation. Low-privileged application access is required, and successful exploitation grants control of Universal Work Queue with possible cross-product effects.
