Web input handling flaws in Oracle Human Resources 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allow remote attackers to take over the application. Oracle identifies the Person component, and CISA maps cross-site scripting, CSRF, and open redirect weaknesses, but Oracle has not disclosed the faulty request handler or input operation. Exploitation requires unauthenticated HTTP access, high attack complexity, and interaction by a person other than the attacker.
