Authenticated takeover via undisclosed internal operations flaw
Published Jun 16, 2026 · Updated Jun 16, 2026
Improper privilege management in Oracle Quality 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to take over the application via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as the Internal Operations component and has not published the operation that mishandles attacker-controlled input. Low-privileged application access and network reachability are required; successful exploitation grants control over Oracle Quality data and operations.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
