Access control failure in Oracle Advanced Outbound Telephony 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to take over the application. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as Internal Operations and does not disclose the request handler or authorization operation that fails. Low-privileged HTTP access is required; successful exploitation grants control of the application and its data and service functions.
