Oracle Advanced Outbound Telephony 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote attackers to read and modify application data via HTTP. Oracle has not published the affected endpoint or the operation within Internal Operations that mishandles the unauthenticated HTTP request. No credentials or user interaction are required; exploitation permits reading, creation, deletion, or modification of all application-accessible data.
