Authenticated takeover
Published Jun 16, 2026 · Updated Jun 16, 2026
Improper access control in Oracle Advanced Outbound Telephony 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to gain full control via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as Internal Operations and has not disclosed the endpoint or access-control operation that mishandles an HTTP request. A low-privileged account and network access to the HTTP interface are required; successful exploitation compromises data and service operation across the product.
