Missing authentication in Oracle Siebel CRM Cloud Applications 17.0 through 26.5 allows remote attackers to take over the application via HTTP. Oracle identifies Siebel Cloud Manager as the affected component but has not published the vulnerable locus or the incorrect operation performed on HTTP input.
