Improper access control in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools 9.2.0.0 through 9.2.26.2 lets remote attackers access or alter data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the locus as Web Runtime Security but has not disclosed the request path, validation failure, or operation that mishandles untrusted input. No credentials or user interaction are required; successful requests can expose all Tools-accessible data and modify or delete some data across product boundaries.
