Improper access control in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools 9.2.0.0 through 9.2.26.2 allows remote attackers to take over the system via HTTP. Oracle has not published the specific request handler or the incorrect operation performed on untrusted HTTP input. Unauthenticated network access to the HTTP service is sufficient, and successful exploitation grants complete control of the affected Tools environment.
