Local takeover by low-privileged users
Published Jun 16, 2026 · Updated Jun 16, 2026
Improper access control in Oracle Siebel CRM Deployment 17.0 through 26.5 allows local users to take over the deployment. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as the Database Upgrade component and has not disclosed the access-control operation that mishandles privileges. Exploitation requires a low-privileged account with logon access to the infrastructure where the deployment executes, and successful attacks compromise confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
