Oracle Application Testing Suite 13.3.0.1 allows remote attackers to take over the suite through unauthenticated Oracle Net access. Oracle identifies the affected component only as Install and has not published the operation that mishandles Oracle Net traffic. Network reachability to the Oracle Net service is sufficient; successful exploitation grants control of suite data and operation.
