Improper access control in Oracle Enterprise Manager Base Platform 13.5 and 24.1 allows local users with high privileges to take over the platform. Oracle identifies the Extensibility Framework but has not published the flawed operation or the input that reaches it. Exploitation requires a high-privileged logon on the host where the platform runs; successful attacks take over the platform.
