Access-control failure in Oracle Enterprise Manager Base Platform 13.5 and 24.1 allows remote authenticated users to take over the platform via HTTPS. The flaw resides in the Metadata Plugin, but Oracle has not published the affected function or the operation that mishandles an authenticated request. Low-privileged credentials and network access to the HTTPS service are required; successful exploitation grants control of the platform and can affect connected products.
