Unauthenticated service takeover
Published May 28, 2026 · Updated May 28, 2026
Missing authentication in Oracle REST Data Services 24.2.0 through 26.1.0 allows remote attackers to take over the service via HTTPS. Oracle identifies the Backend-as-a-Service component but has not disclosed the faulty operation or request-handling path. No credentials or user interaction are required, and successful exploitation grants control of ORDS with impacts extending to connected products.
